Hema Malini is not only a loving mother, but a doting wife. This was evident during the Goa schedule of her production Tell Me Oh Khuda, where she was by Dharmendra’s side throughout the shoot since he was feeling under the weather. The affectionate touch is rather endearing, and enduring as the couple completed 30 years of being together.

It is her first production and a comeback for her daughter Esha, but she wasn’t on the set as much for her daughter as her husband. The entire cast was present in Goa for the schedule and observed that she kept an eye on him and fussed over him affectionately. A source reveals, “Dharmendraji was required to execute a few action scenes. He was unwell and neither Hemaji nor Esha wanted anything to stress him out. He had joined the crew directly from Punjab where he was shooting for Yamla Pagla Deewana for over a month and was fatigued.”

The source continues, “He flew to Goa, after taking only a day’s break and started to shoot for Tell Me Oh Khuda. But he looked exhausted. The veteran actor did not complain even once, and on the contrary, adhered to his running and yoga regime. He shot for all the action scenes. Hemaji was always on the sets to make sure that he didn’t overdo anything or stress himself out.” They also shared a lovely evening with their co-stars to celebrate their 30th anniversary in Goa. “The co-actors included Rishi Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Deepti Naval, Farooq Sheikh, Arjan Bajwa and Chandan Roy Sanyal. It was great to see all the actors enjoying themselves and reminiscing about the good old days,” adds the source.

Hema Malini admits that she was worried. She says, “They were difficult scenes for a normal actor. But Dharamji was more than dedicated and executed the scenes happily, while I was tense about them. In fact, I told the stunt director to tone down the action, but he did it as planned.”

LAHORE: The dead body of Huma Waseem, the deceased wife of Waseem Akram, has been brought here in Lahore from Chennai, India on a special plane late on Sunday night, Geo news reported.

According to sources, Waseem Akram, his brother and sister Madiha are along dead body.

It may be mentioned Huma Waseem died of multi-organs failure on Sunday morning at an Apollo Hospital in Chennai, the city of India, Indian media reported.
